Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy UPDATED 7/2020
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must contact us and return the item within 10 days of your purchase.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will contact you and assign a tracking # for the return product.
2. Sexy Wear Co will provide you the address for the MFG Company that your product came from as well as the address with instructions for the proper return procedure.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt/invoice.
4. Once the shipment has been received your refund will be processed immediately.
Some items CAN NOT be returned if they are opened. These include panties, nylons, bodystocking and/or any product(s) touching the private area and/or unless it is not in the original (UNOPENED) protective packaging.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
ALL items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing item is in "new" condition, and ONLY with tags attached (not tampered with); you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping fees.
